Welcome to Eyja Travel Media LTD. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the website operated by Eyja Travel Media LTD ("us", "we", or "our"), a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (Registration Number: [Insert Reg Number], Registered Address: [Insert Cyprus Address]). Please read these Terms carefully before booking any tours or services through our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Eyja Travel Media LTD operates as a travel media and booking platform. We design visual marketing content, curate high-end itineraries, and market international travel experiences.

Third-Party Execution

  • You explicitly acknowledge that Eyja Travel Media LTD acts as an agent/intermediary between you and strictly vetted local tour operators, transport companies, and accommodation providers in the destination countries (e.g., Turkey, Jordan, Iceland).
  • Operational Liability: The final execution, on-the-ground safety, and logistical management of the tour are the sole responsibility of the designated Local Operator.

2. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

  • Registration: To reserve a spot on any tour, a non-refundable deposit or full payment (depending on the specific itinerary rules) is required at the time of booking.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payment Processors: Payments are securely handled through third-party encrypted payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). Eyja Travel Media LTD does not store your credit card credentials.

3. Cancellations and Refunds by the Customer

Because we prepay local suppliers and accommodations months in advance, cancellation fees are strictly applied as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable booking deposit.
  • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price is refundable.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund).

We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations and interruptions.

4. Changes and Cancellations by Us

We and our Local Operators reserve the right to cancel, alter, or reschedule any itinerary due to Force Majeure events (including but not limited to: natural disasters, volcanic activity, political instability, severe weather conditions, or pandemics).

  • In the event of a cancellation by us due to Force Majeure, a travel voucher or alternative dates will be offered. Eyja Travel Media LTD is not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by the traveler, such as non-refundable flight tickets.

5. Travel Documents, Visas, and Health Requirements

  • Passenger Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the return date) and obtain all necessary visas, entry permits, and health vaccinations required by the destination country.
  • Denial of Entry: Eyja Travel Media LTD accepts no liability if you are refused entry into a country or boarding onto a vehicle due to lack of proper documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyja Travel Media LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, personal injury, property loss, delay, or death resulting from:

  1. Any act or omission of a Local Operator or independent third-party supplier.
  2. Weather anomalies, strikes, wars, or acts of God.
  3. The traveler's failure to maintain personal fitness levels required for the physical demands of the tour.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any legal disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cyprus.
